What is a database?

A database is a collection of data arranged into individual records for a specific purpose. Information can be searched, retrieved, added to and deleted. A well designed database is quick, efficient and easy to use.

Do I need a database?

As businesses grow, the volume of data they accumulate grows with it. More sophisticated tools are then needed to prevent data management becoming increasingly difficult.

What makes a good user interface?
